My newest Aero is a 2004, but I have test driven a lot of the newer ones and other than new colors and the additional accent pieces featured on some '06 and newer Aero seats, I think the seating is essentially a carry-over. And so, the main thing to always be wary of, is the real fast rate of deterioration of the Parchment colored seating for all 9-5s from model year 2006 forward. Mine looked nice at 82,000 miles but they're not good at all, at 220,000 miles - and almost every other Parchment set is worse than mine.
