H vs E Posted by Snowmobile [Email] (#686) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Snowmobile) on Tue, 13 Dec 2022 09:54:44 In Reply to: Re: Spark plugs for 04 Aero, SWEDECAR [Profile/Gallery] , Thu, 8 Dec 2022 08:01:57 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
H is 0.5" reach vs E in ES meaning 0.75".
I would probably avoid that and stick with a plug with known working geometry since these cars can be sensitive to plugs. I find the PFR6H is a bit pricy and hard to source locally, so I have been running the single platinum BCPR6EGP and they are fine, and last longer than copper, yet cost about the same.
Also note that it seems the H in PFR6H is different than in BCPR6H-11. The F in PFR6H indicates geometry including 0.75" reach. That plug uses a different NGK chart.
