Yeah, my fear of breaking the drainplug is #1, no doubt. And yet I keep forgetting to order a spare.

My #2 issue is, that tab on the spring steel radiator clamp at the thermostat housing end - that prevents you from detensioning the clamp 100%. Now, I grind that bit of steel off of there. I like to use a bit of that blue sealant on the gasket, but I sure don't like having to wait to tension up those 13 mm nuts. Of course, replace your coolant temperature sensor while right there - Hella makes a good one.
