For the harness? Yep. I'm guessing you're wanting to install a hands-free Bluetooth kit? Depending on which one you have to put into the car, it may still be do-able.
Motorola's final BT kit, the TK30, and the Parrot Bluetooth kits use the ISO standard connectors, that the radio also uses. There are also various UK-based vendors who sell adapter harnesses, usually on eBay... but I'm not sure you really need them in this case. Older Motorola kits, like what Saab originally sold as an accessory (they sold the IHF-1000, the more basic HF850 BT kit is similar), had bare wires to connect to the harness wiring.
In theory, if you remove two of the three power/signal leads from the cage (I believe the black one is the one that sends data to the SID), plug those into the Parrot or late Motorola BT modules, and the ISO leads from the module to the radio cage, you may be able to make it all work. I think. Worth a try.
