As a Canadian, Rock Auto is my first choice due to their attractive pricing but I realize if anything goes wrong, I may be SOL. I recently purchased a replacement rear wiper motor for my wifes 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid. Just before I installed it, I notice part of the housing had cracked and separated. To me, it was a weak area in the plastic without proper substance around it and probably got damaged as it was bouncing around FEDEX trucks for a few days. Some of those potholes this time of year are really really bad. I didn't try contacting Rock Auto since it seemed that I could 2 part epoxy it back into shape as it had decent physical support elsewhere. So far so good. BTW, the epoxy repair of the bad oil seep around the chain tensioner is still holding after 6 or 7 years on our 2006 9-5 Interceptor *with the 1467 changes from the 2005MY). It is the vehicle formerly known as the Dame Edna.
