Hello,
That cruising pressure is way to low. I would expect to see maybe 38psi when coasting and as high as 60 psi when accelerating hard. Yes the 9000 fuel filter is the same as a 9-5. Also the pump assembly will work other than the gauge being off. The float arm is different. If you changed the arm it should work fine. Good Luck, Bernie
