Map light felt replacement

The overhead map light on my 9-5 feels loose and doesn’t swivel easily. Looking at the parts list, there appears to be a felt gasket between the spherical light and the clamping ring. I suspect that this gasket might be worn out or gone on my car. However the part Felt Ring 9765520 is NLS and I can’t find it anywhere. Has anyone had this problem? Is there some easy off-the-shelf replacement piece of felt that I could buy and maybe cut to size to replace the Saab OEM part?
