It's almost embarrassing to share. The rattle issue I was having with my rear doors (and a bit with the passenger front) was actually the outside handles. All three were loose. Oddly, the 10mm nuts that connect the inside bracket that holds these to the door were not loose at all. The bracket simply was not tight against the inside of the door panel. I used some old innertube material and slid it between the bracket and the door panel. Everything is tight and the rattles are all gone.
