Steering Wheel Airbag Replacement

Hello SAAB Owners. On my 2002 SAAB 9-5, the Airbag SAAB center Emblem crumbled. I didn't like the look of the aluminum circle left on the Steering Wheel Airbag cover. Went to a wrecker and bought a nice looking Airbag from a 2004 SAAB Wagon for $64. My Car didn't have paddle shifters so I moved the controls from the 2002 to the 2004 Airbag assembly. installed it and the Airbag self-test passed. Seems to be good BUT the Airbag part-number is completely different than the original 2002. Anyone know if the Airbag changed design from MY2002 to MY2004? I guess I shouldn't be too concerned but am curious.
