It could be the moonroof drains - there are 4 - one in each corner of the roof, The 2 front are fairly easy to access with the roof open. The rear are hard to access from the roof, but the exit points are a little rubber nipple behind the rear wheels. I have used compressed air to blow the Fronts from the top and rears from below. A length of weed whacker line can also be fed into the holes and pulled through.
Another possibility is the ACC Drains are clogged (they drain condensation from the air box). They are directly under the front seats, under the car and are circular rubber grommets, Compressed air or weed whacker line works well if you aren’t seeing the tell-tale condensate puddles under the car
