I should have mentioned I get low speed (1st gear normally) shuddering | jerking when I start driving (sometimes). I thought it was something unrelated (transmission?) but maybe it isnt!?

I normally press the clutch down and try driving it uptakes smoothly.

Dont notice this in 3rd gear and 4th gear and it doesnt happen all the time.
