Looks like there is not a material difference in the price of the white lever arm, especially factoring in shipping variables, so it might be best to grab them while available.

I’m not sure about the blue sleeve - my sense is that the motor turns the black spindle in the center and a combination of that and the blue sleeve actuate the flap. The white clip is a stop arm.

Can you turn the flap by turning the black or blue parts?
