aftermarket audio possible, but not easy

I installed a single DIN standard aftermarket Kenwood head unit in my 2008 9-5, here is my experience: https://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9-5/index.html?bID=282149

a few considerations:
1 - I ordered the trim kit from the UK.
2 - I used the InCartec interface module/harness (also from the UK) to decode the CAN Bus so that steering wheel controls worked.
