I got the D1S bulb replaced on the drivers side after removing the battery. (I wish I had smaller fingers for dealing with the bulb retainer in that small round opening!) On the passenger side, however, removing the hose from the MAF is difficult as it seems really stuck. I don't want to force it for fear of cracking or tearing it. Would it be safe to use a heat gun to warm the hose a bit and then hope it might be easier to remove (after loosening the retainer hose clamps, of course)?
