I have a 2008 9-5 SC and have a set of Thule Crossroad 450r feet. I'm wondering what length cross bar to buy. I bought the feet with a set of RB47 47" bars and they're about two inches too short. Thule bar lengths come in 47, 50, and 53". What's recommended? 50" or 53"? The 50" is only available in the latest "wing" type cross section (Model 711300). Earlier bars styles (RB) were either 47 or 53, no 50.

The square bars that fit the Crossroad 450 (not r) come in 47, 50, and 53. I've used those before in 53, and have a new old stock set for this '08 we just bought.

I need the Wing style bars for a Thule OE box we bought for a Volvo V50 we had.
