I just got a second key for my wife's '08 9-5. The dealer did the "coding". Today it comes back with "Theft Protection Failure" on the SID readout. Not many posts on here about that. Don't know if it could be related to the second key or not. I hear that message can be very tough to diagnose. No affect on the operation of the car though.

I had an OpCom I used to read chassis codes on our '04. I sold it with the car. I bought a new one and it's a different version. Anyone know where I can get drivers for version 1.95? The disk that came with it was broken! I had been running the old version on an XP Notebook. Searching the web comes back with lots of OpCom info on Vauxhaul but VERY little on Saab. I guess it's just a sign of the times. Seems like there are fewer and fewer 9-5s on the road anymore.
