That offset will put them a bit further "outboard" in the fender. Some 9-5s got 17x7.5 et47. The et41 would push them outwards by 6mm.

I ran Viggen wheels on my 9-5 for years. I believe those are 17x7.5 et42... which is only 1mm different than the wheels you're referencing. Those were trouble free for me, even with 235/45 tires on them. I think they filled the wheel wells very nicely.
