So, after cleaning the PVC nipple and installing a functional PCV valve in the correct orientation, you should have vacuum instead of pressure in the crankcase. Your glove test appears to have confirmed that. In my car (2003 v6, 335,500 miles) getting that much sorted years ago reduced the oil drippage substantially. Changing the valve cover gaskets and crankshaft seals got most of the rest, so I get only a drip here and there.
My turbo doesn’t leak appreciably externally however I do get a blue puff on initial startup, so it’s blowing out the tailpipe. I only have to add 1 quart every 5,000 mi, so it’s not much to worry about especially at this stage of the cars life.
