I beg to differ,
TWICE / DICE etc… yes are programmed individually depending on vehicle options. I.e Glass breakage sensor(s) option in TWICE, TPMS option in DICE etc, but key programming eg. 2002 - 2009 is all the same. When key is programmed, there is nothing “written to the key nor programmed into the key fob. All information obtained by TWICE is read from key transponder and key fob electronics.
