Hello,
With your description of the failure of certain electrical items, I would be checking fuses for voltage. Sort of sounds like the electrical portion of the ignition switch starting to failure and not providing full voltage to +15 circuit at times. If you check the fuse for the MIU when it acts up and voltage is not full battery voltage the switch could be the culprit. Good Luck, Bernie
