Issue after installing new cluster (MIU)

Friends,
A few months ago I posted a question about the car my daugher is driving ('06 sedan) with an intermittent no-start and some funkiness with the cluster. I was finally able to drive the 10 hrs to her car, put in a new cluster, and marry the thing to the car. Every fires up perfectly with all previous dash lights gone. The problem, though, is that this idiot (me) mated it to the car with the Radio out. Now the radio is locked. Assuming I could just marry the radio back to the car was wrong. The tech2 says I now need to hook the thing up to TIS2000, etc. I don't have a viable computer for that vintage of action. Should I assume there is no other way?
Coupled with this question is a second: The process for programming the TWICE and the immobilizer system tied to the cluster asks about two different radio systems, IHU (infotainment) and EHU (Entertainment). I can't find anything that tells me which is which. This '06 has the standard GM head unit, no touch screen or NAV. Does anyone know which is which? Could assuming the wrong system have played a role in the locked radio situation?
Thanks everyone. And if anyone in NE OHIO has the TIS2000 system running, I could use your help!
