Maybe take it to someone who can do a smoke test. As Bernie said, there are a number of different sources of leaks, with the fuel tank being the most difficult to diagnose. I had an evap leak on a 9-5 and the Saab tech determined that it came from a pinhole leak in the vent pipe next to the fuel filler. The leak was caused by rust and the solution was to replace the rusted section with rubber fuel line. And the new GM gas cap I had put on was also leaking a little! The smoke tells the whole story.
