The menus will depend on what software is loaded on the Tech2's PC card. I think for the 9-5 you want Saab software version 148. (The version should display when the Tech2 boots up.) Not sure about whether you need TIS2000 since I have only used my Tech2 clone on our 2 9000s, which use the earlier version 44 software and have no need for security access.

The TIS2000 disk and dongle that usually comes with the Tech2 clones is known not to work.
