The fact that you can’t hear anything attempting to move reminds me of the time my window did the same thing.

If the rollers failed, you would hear noises as the motor tried to move the window. No noises means the motor is likely not getting power. I would start by checking fuses and if you can, swap the switch pack in the console (it just pries out and you disconnect the harness).

In my case it ended up being the switch pack.
