I’d start by giving them a good cleaning, making sure that any surface first, residual salt etc is cleaned from the sensors. In addition, if you can get to the connectors, disconnect each sensor, clean the connection points with contact cleaner and reassemble.
In my 2003, the sensors are easily accessed by prying off the black trim strip that houses them in the bumper cover.
If that doesn’t work, a Tech2 can tell you which one is failing and you can replace it.
In my case, they lasted 17 years in Northeast weather before a couple failed. Replacement was easy.
