There is no rebate on a lease. Consumers can choose from: rebate, 0% interest, or GMAC Smart Lease. The $6,750 rebate only applies if you purchase the car and accept standard interest rates (or pay cash).

When on the SaabUSA website today I saw the cash due on signing with the current 9-5 lease offer is $3,000+. It includes security deposit, acquisition fee, first months payment, down payment, and some other fees I can't remember right now.

Check all the fine print on the offer. It should clearly state all fees due on signing that are required to obtain the $399 lease rate. I don't think the Dealer is due any additional money over what is stated in the offer.
