yeah, glad it's certified, but again what is the point when the dealer refuses to fix stuff under the warranty or certification? It's more frustrating than them not being *able* to fix the problem. I get in the car every day, hear/experience the problem, and know the bastards are screwing me. Sucks. An example - the car shifting out of first takes forever. The car is certified, 52,700 when certified, 52750 when bought by me. I had them check the tranny, no codes and fluid is full. Yesterday *I* check the fluid, it smells burnt. I'm guessing a tranny fluid change *might* help the weird shifting (I read that 'burnt' smelling fluid should be changed). Don't you think (as I do) that a 'certified' car with 52700 miles should have had the fluid changed? But NOOOO, they are going to balk at me and wait till the 60k service, where they can charge *me* full price!!!(like they'll ever see that car except for warranty work). I still like the car nonetheless. Rant over (really this time).
