I've been taking my car back to the dealer where I bought it- Budd's in Mississauga. They were good enough to buy the car from, but their service deptartment seems to be lacking. So far- everytime I've taken it in to have something fixed under warranty- it usually takes them 2-3 tries to get it right, and they usually break something that wasn't broken when I took it in.
For example- I took my car in to get the center panel vent replaced because it wouldn't close. They fixed that. They somehow managed to mess up the stereo which required another trip to replace- not to mention I've yet to see the CD which was in the stereo when they broke it (they say it'll be sent to me, but that was 2 months ago)
Recently, I took it in to have the arm on the sunroof wind deflector replaced. It doesn't "click" anymore, but now it sticks and doesn't pop up until a second or two after the sunroof opens.
Soon I'll be taking it back to get the sunroof fixed again, a rear seat problem which they've fixed twice already is back- oh, and they have to replace all of the trim pieces and fasteners they broke last time it was in (I suspect that they'll only replace some of them- they probably think I haven't noticed the others)
I keep going back to Budd's as they've "serviced" it since it was new, but It's a bit out of the way and I'm tired of driving all the way out there and missing time from work every time.
I've been considering going to Thornhill Saab, or Midtown Saab. Has anyone had any experiences there?
