My Aero is still stock, I just have been reading on this board and doing the surfing out of curiosity.
Hirsch is probably the best, they have been choosen by Saab to provide parts through Saab dealers, none available in the U.S. though. The problem with boosting HP with Hirsch is they are expensive, their 280 HP kit is in the $4000 bracket. There suspension stuff has been bragged about on this board though and is probably more reasonably priced. Nordic is also comprehensive and a bit more reasonable, their 280 HP kit is less than $2000. Speedparts and Abbott do mainly chip changes to get to the 270 range, these I believe are less the $1000. As to the suspension kits, I haven't really been checking those prices. I don't have that much cash around right now and I don't really want to mess with it too much until the warranty runs out.
