it is best to place tire mounted on rims in a cool dark place a piece of card board placed between each tire and the surface - will keep them from bonding to each other and the floor. lower airpressure to low value around 5-8 pounds or you could totally deflate if sealed to rim for some time. as for "zits" these are probably imbedded corrosion divits that will require a mild buffing with whiting compound and a good hard wax following Try "ZUD" or "Bar Keepers Friend" for the really bad ones.
