You can lay bicycles flat inside a 9-5 Wagon without much trouble, though they take up most of the available space. They won't go in upright. A motorcycle? No way! It won't fit and you will trash the interior in short order from chafing, dirt, grease and leaking fluids. Laid flat, if you could stuff it in, you would have no room for all your gear.
If you are dead set on a 9-5, you will have to get a receiver hitch and a motorcycle trailer. This would be a very good situation since it would keep all the considerable muck outside the car, except for what you dump inside the car with your mucky clothes and boots. I hauled motorcycles many thousands of miles on a trailer - it is painless and efficient, and it makes washing the bikes at the quarter car wash a simple matter (you don't even have to unload them. Have you considered the significant problem of loading a mud-laden motorcycle in and out of a nice car?)
You really need a vehicle with a much taller roof. If it were me, and I absolutely needed covered storage for the bike, I would buy a 4x4 pickup truck and put a tall canopy on it. You will need the 4wd to get out of a boggy track parking lot in the winter, believe me.
To reiterate - you really need a pickup!
