I post a message some days ago about it... in my father's car a 99 2.3t it happens.. in the first start-up of the day. The dealer say to us that this could be another thing than the turbo. They recive a technical service bulletin, that show me, about they must do in some models with blue smoke, there is a problem with a crankcase ventilation, they must do some holes to it, and then the crankcase ventilator will work better. You can see the bulletin board and information about it here...
The mecanic say to us, that will see it and do a complete revision if could be the lambda sensor and other possibilities, because change the turbo is expensive, and there is many possibilites that will be the crankcase ventilation.
