I posted here about it a while ago. The foam under the driver's seat ,on our car, is softer than on the passenger's side. You can feel the difference by simply pressing down with your hand. This has caused stretching of the leather and it does not look good. The car has 12k mi. now. I'm about 160 pounds. I brought this to the attention of the dealer at the 10k mi. service, to no avail. By the way, I've noticed this on two other 9-5's--one was a loaner and the other was a rental car. Both were MY01's.
