215/55/16 from Ronal.
After the Consumer Reports article that praised the handling of the Dunlop's and degraded the Nokian's for wet-weather braking and handling, I was all set to go with the Dunlop's. Ronal's tire package was just too good to not seriously consider the NRW H's, and after talking to Gary there (besides gushing over the Nokian's all-around performance, he pointed out the 50,000 mile warranty of the Nokian's) I went with the Nokian's. He also said that they were very quiet.
So, CR loved the Dunlop's (considered them an excellent all-round choice with resonsive handling), and rated the Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip slightly ahead of them because of their better braking (CR admits to placing heavy emphasis on braking performance). If you have serious snow, you should consider the Nokian's.
