it's good that you have narrowed down your choices to 2.
both are excellent cars in my opinion.
so it's just a matter of which one you really really like.
a $6k difference won't mean much once you start owning, driving and enjoying the car.
on saab's favor is that it is less common, more prestigious, and the first 3 years of routine maintenance are free of charge.
on nissan's favor is a bit better reliability history, a lower price, and perhaps, a smoother running v-6 engine.
i've test driven both and i find the aero much more fun to drive.
i also find the maxima's rear end not much to my liking.
but then again, in the end, get the car that you want.
for me, that just happens to be the aero.
and i never looked back.
