Will repairs are completly different things.
Recalls are usually when a court have decided that the car manufacurer made something below standard and they have to fix it no matter what.
A service bullentin is when the car manufacturer have discovered something being bad and bring the car in to have it fixed, or they fix it when the car is in for something else and just tell the customer what they have corrected.
Good will repairs is when dealer or car manufacturer take the cost of repair even though it might not be their fault, or that they deep inside knows that they are to blame.
Recalls are usually the only ones that you find searching on the internet.
The other two usually stops to be performed after the warranty is over or the car changes owners.
We see many cars in the shop that have one or another bullentin not performed, but when we call the dealer about it, they say the car is out of warranty or that the bullentin have been pulled back and that they no longer do it for free.
You might think about the ECU problems and a like with the V6. I think that was one of these service bullentins and it might not show up when you ask for recall repairs.
