1: Wait until the factory warranty is near its end and then purchase an aftermarket warranty. I intend to do this myself. If you buy one now and wreck the car before the factory warranty expires, you will lose the cost of the extended warranty. I think.... maybe someone can elaborate on this scenario.
2:StonGard full kit. Yes! Definitely! I have it on my wife's Audi and am going to have it installed on my new Aero when it is delivered. If you drive in an area with lots of debris on the roads (sand in winter, or gravel) it will save the finish on your car. Make sure the kit is installed by a StonGard authorized shop, not the dealer. Installation is tricky. The film has a lifetime defect warranty if professionally installed. Five years from now you will be very grateful you bought the kit.
Downside: On darker colors the film edges will be more obvious due to wax buildup. On lighter cars it's not a problem.
3: StonGard light: I don't know how it will hold up under the abrasive action of the wipers, but I will be able to tell you in a year or so. I am having it put on my new car also. If you decide not to have it installed on the headlights, be _sure_ to do the fog lights. It will pay for itself many times over. Just read all the posts here and in other forums about busted foglight lenses.
4,5,6,7: No. Don't waste your money. Just maintain the paint and interior regularly.
8: Depends on the cost and your own preferences. I intend to have the center and rear side windows and hatch window dark tinted. My car is black, and I think with darker windows it will look wicked. It also shields stuff from prying eyes, and keeps the car cooler. Not a factor in Canada ;)
Snow tires. Yes, I know it's not on your list, but perhaps you can work a deal on a leftover set of alloy wheels with snow tires. The dealer may make you a great deal so he doesn't have to store them over the summer. For those Canadian winters you need proper winter rubber.
I am jealous - I ordered my car and it won't be delivered for another two months or so.
