I've played with the seat heater a bit. The three different settings seemed encouraging when I purchased the car back in Aug. However, I've found that the lowest setting, setting '1', is just too hot! I've asked if I could have the heat levels adjusted so that level '1' would be moderate and on up to a hot setting at level '3'. No joy. Seems a bit of a waste to have three settings when the first is too hot. Even my wife finds the seats too hot and that's saying something.
I have found, however, that when the car is all warmed up (say, 80 or 90 F, as it seems) the seats do not overheat me. Then it's the cabin temperature that I find overbearing.
Alas, perhaps the entire heat plant is at fault and getting to the bottom of that may end up in an entirely satisfying temperature experience. Once can only hope.
