"seat heater", and you'll see a posting by "dip" with the process, with pictures.
I haven't done it yet, but basically, sounds the same as my 9000 ACC button lights: I just popped out the unit, unscrewed the metal cover, and the bulbs are in plastic sockets that a 1/4 turn with flat screwdriver and they come out. I replaced with already socketed bulbs from my spare ACC (9000's are notorious for ACC failure). In the 9k, the switch has green plastic on the inside so the bulbs are clear.
With the 9-5, the procedure seems even easier: pop out the switch with two screwdrivers on either side (or, if you don't have ventilated seats, pop that blank out and push the switch out from behind), disconnect the power plug, and you'll see the round plastic base of the two bulbs they should have a slot for a flat screwdriver, turn counter clockwise 1/4 turn, and they should fall right out. Apparently, however, the 9-5 bulbs have a green cap ontop, so pull this off and save it. Go to Radio Shack and buy 12V 60mA micro bulb two pack cat# 272-1092. Un-bend the contact wires and remove the old bulb from the plastic holder (very similar to those mini Christmas tree bulbs), thread the new one in, bend wires over, replace green cap, and pop er' back in. Or you can buy pre-socketed green bulbs from dealer for $7.50 per bulb.
Good luck, even though I haven't done it yet, I'm sure it can't be too hard.
