You know,
the Aero has really grown on me - it is unlike any other car that I have owned... The 350Z is a piece of work though - I have owned the 1975 280Z (first year for fuel injection) and a 1983 300ZX turbo. I have been test-driving the 350Z, G35 Coupe, M3 (one that hasn't thrown its lower end bearings yet) and a 2001 CLK-AMG (leftover at my local MB dealer {drool})... and the Z/G holds its own in that rarified German air. Of course, I am totally hopeless as I think the Subaru WRX is absolutely over the top fun (the hotter 6-speed vesion is only a month away) and would be the balls as a winter car (skinny little rally-car snow tires). I wish the Z /Subie fratenity had the support group that we have on SaabNet and the BMWCCA ( I belong to both - Quattro club as well - but that is only a sad story...). My wife loves the Aero (and me I hope - although she thinks that I should live alone in a giant garage with a cot and a hotplate - surrounded by cars) and thinks it would be a swell car for her.... plus the dogs recognize the Remus from 1/2 mile away as I wind up the long hill.
Oh well...
Best,
Eric
PS - Many of my used cars still visit for oil changes and tire swaps; they usually bring their owners :-)
