A few months back I put BBS RK's on my wagon. They came with the BBS center cap. I noticed today at my local Saab dealer parts counter (I'll keep their name out of this until I get their response) that they had in stock the larger center Saab logo caps. While the car was in the shop getting an oil change (full syn) I asked to have them put on.
Well low and behold, tonight upon looking closer at them I notice that all FOUR rims have "pry marks" around the cap. Looks like the Gorilla, um, tech, used his screw driver to get the BBS caps off. They are gouges deep enough to see and feel the material under the surface. They are not noticable from three or so feet away, BUT I KNOW THEY'RE THERE!
Do I press for four new BBS Rims? Do I let them talk me into trying to "repair" their damage? Do I get a life and stop being so anal??? I really take good care of my cars (two Saabs) and this is pissing me off.
Rims were MINTY, new condition prior to this.
Thank you for all the replies. I will read them before I call tomorrow.
