Had the opportunity to drive a 9-3 Vector on Wednesday while I was in for an oil change. That is one "sweet" ride, only if I didn't need the larger Aero and the HOT. Very well put together, and really clean looking. The car had the 5A Sentronic, and the Premium sound system. Ever since I drove the new 9-3 Linear I have been really impressed with the ReAxs suspension on the 9-3's and the Vector is no exception as it handles really tight. As far as the Sentronic, I like it better than the Aero's as the paddles have better placement and because you also have the choice of manually shifting via the transmission lever on the center console. Engine performance and pick up does not compare to the Aero, as the extra 40HP and the power curve makes a HUGE difference. Creature comforts, love my Aero's bucket and the Harman Kardon. Not sure what one 9-3 is going for, but I am sure that you still get a lot more for your money then the competition.
Mike, thanks for letting me play with your toys...
