thats just the way they are, i changed my left 2x and my right 1x and my left is currently out right now, my local autostore is out of H7 bulbs:-(
i think its strange how we bolth have had the left one go out more than the right. weird ehh? you may consider disabling the wrong time running lights oops i mean *day time* running lights, by pulling out fuse #35 while the ignition is off and throwing it on your garage floor and crushing it with your heel. that should prolong buld life a bit :-)
also ill add that just today as i was on the way to get a new bulb there was a silver aero with its left light out behind me for a short while. its cool how although the light is out the citylight is still on.
i do have a problem id like an theory about, my bulb went sometime yesterday and i only noticed it when it became night time, bad! why did my saab not tell me "front light failior" like it has in the past?
