The 4 cyl has a timing chain which should last well over 100K miles; perhaps even 200K miles. The V6 has a timing belt which should be changed as a precautionary measure at each 60K mile increment. The first change presumedly is "free". My 30K mile service at Carter Saab cost $485, which did not include oil/filter change and tire rotation which I did myself. The 60K mile service shouldn't be too much more because the only additional item will be the ATF change.
