By my calculations an auto, premium 9-5 Linear wagon has an MSRP of around $38,015 without metallic paint, so that's about $5,215 off, very, very good. You won't beat that price without a major struggle.
Are you sure you don't want a $1,265 discount and the 0% for 60 months? A $36,800 balance has around $5,500 in finance charges at 6%ish.
Add another $475 to your discount total for metallic paint. I'd get off my computer and call the dealer right now and seal the deal if it includes metallic paint too.
As an old Saaber I actually prefer the 2.3 LPT to the 3.0 V6. The six is noisier, thirstier, torqueier, and more expensive. Vented seats would be of dubious value to me. Although you can't knock the V6 reliability lately in the 9-5 series.
