Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. I have a brand new '03 9-5 Arc (my first Saab) and couldn't get the wipers to work in the rain sensor position. They'd go slow, and the washer still worked. After I got home, I turned the car off then on and they worked just fine. I'll discuss with dealer at my 1 month checkup, but am interested in anyone who has a cause or solution.
