I have a '01 9-5 wagon and had purchased a set of the 17" Ronal LZ wheels from the SAAB catalog.
They look great but have regretted the change from the 16" wheels. The suspension isn't set up for this added weight over the 16" wheels.Probably what makes this package worst was my choice of Bridgestone RE730's.They ran ok for the fisrt few months but after that I can't keeep them balanced.
The noise from them sounds like off road tires.Had one replaced last summer due to being out of round. This is my second venture with Bridgestone's and will be my last.
If you go with a quality performance tire -225/50/16's you should see an improvement over the stock tires.
