I have an air compressor too (a xmas gift a few years ago). Its a bigger one, 8hp, enough to run a nail gun, etc (or an impact wrench, heh heh...later), so I check the pressure in our cars sometimes every week. Even if one is 0.5 psi low I'll fire the compressor up and even them all out. Hey, I've got the thing, why not? :^)
Another take on the luxury of having a compressor: my sister-in-law and her dad stayed at our place a few weeks ago. He drives the typical Grand Marquis type car, and I thought his right rear tire looked low. I checked and it was at 12 psi!!! He drove from Jacksonville FL to NC like that!! Needless to say, I fired up the compressor and set them all at 32 for him. Safety safety safety...
