I bought an '03 Aero with same equipment you mentioned. Almost bought an '02 6 months earlier, but held out for my color and I am glad I did. Important new features on '03. Tilting passenger side side view mirror is of great help parking. Park assist...beeping that warns you if you are getting close to something behind you is awesome. Paddles on steering wheel for shifting a rarely use, but it shoud add to resale value. You can put trnny in Low at any speed it it will downshift when it is safe for tranny and engine as rpm's decrease. Avoids using brakes and keeps driving interesting when you can't open it up.
I paid 36k with a 1k loyalty discount in April of '03. Price is OK..you may be able to get it for less in the coming few months, but choice of colors will be less. So if you have your hear set on a color and a couple of K is not that big a deal, I would say take it and enjoy it. If you are on a stricter budget and don't care that much about color, the deals can only get better from here...but probably not that much better unless you are willing to take that ugly mocha color that they can't sell (I don't even know if they offer it in '03)
Either way, you can't go wrong with an '03 Aero in the low to mid 30'sK. It is a steal. HS
