Not sure how expensive it would be, but those plastic panels in between the windows should be replaceable and might be fairly inexpensive.
Otherwise, I think it would be difficult to match the original finish on the plastic - you can try using several steps with wet and dry sandpaper, and keep getting finer until the luster matches up. Maybe start with 400 and go up from there? If the gouge is deep, I can't think of a way to get it out, but at least you might be able to erase the other damage.
